Preparing and Sending Files

Foreign Policy will not accept JPEG, GIF, PageMaker or PC files, or RGB colors.

Disk

Quark (Mac), Illustrator, Freehand or EPS files. Include all fonts and images. All files must have the proper file extension. Flight-check all files. Checking copy required.

Email

Stuff as a .sit file. Include all fonts and images. All files must have the proper file extension. Flight-check all files. Checking copy required.

PDF

All images must be 300 dpi and all fonts must be embedded. All colors must be CMYK—no RGB. PDF files must be PDFX1a compliant, or will be returned.

Images

TIFF files only. 300 dpi. 133 line screen.
