On July 11, 1995, the Serbian army entered the town of Srebrenica in eastern Bosnia-Herzegovina and in the days that followed killed 8,000 Bosniak men and boys. The Srebrenica genocide was the largest mass murder in Europe since the end of World War II, and the country is still recovering from the war that ended 15 years ago. Hatidza Mehmedovic, who lost her husband and two sons in the genocide, stands in a Srebrenica cemetery.

When will we see a photo
When will we see a photo essay of the 1.5 million Armenians killed by the young turks in 1915-1922?

Don't be so negative!
I just saw a young Turk holding a poster that said "Armenian Girls Love Turkish Guys." See, all that gang rape hasn't gone unappreciated! Yet, somehow Muzzos remain the eternal victims.

Slobo and Radtko - when will justice come?
I was a just discharged US Navy Electrician's Mate when the war in Bosnia/Serbia was raging. I have always wondered why, in the face of overwhelming hate crimes, genocide and barbaric conduct - all we did was just send over a squadron or 2 of F-16's? NATO'S RESPONSE WAS PATHETIC.
Why would we let Milosevic and Mladic and Arkann (I think I spelled it right?) run around, unchecked? It's not like they were warriors, but just a bunch of thugs trying to get their grip on power - no matter what the price.
Will the 8,000 and their families EVER get justice?

I love the decision to send
I love the decision to send in only air forces, we hardly had any casualties in that "war." Remember, 8000 people PER DAY died in the Rwandan genocide, for 100 days. What is a tragedy for Europe/America is often the best case scenario for the rest of the world.
