Why destiny is so cruel against

such an ethic population that sistematically shows to refuse complaint?
The quake and the nuclear and the snow and the quake again.
Where is mercy?
Their Buddha teaches that every drama is a challenge ... but prize doesn't seem to be in this life for them.
