The FP Survey: The Internet
You can't talk about the future without talking about the thing that's shaping the future the most. Some 20 years on, the Internet has upended entrenched business models, opened up a world of information to people all over the globe, and possibly even helped topple a dictator or two. But is the open web in danger? As 24/7 connectivity becomes an ever more inextricable part of our daily lives, FP asked some of the world's top experts to tell us where the Net is headed next.

Could the bubble burst
The revolution of the 2nd coming of the internet age is moving with such force such as the run up to the millenium that it could well come crashing down again. Only today it has been reported that the popular angry birds game which started on the iphone was worth $600 million earlier in the year but the analysts have now put a value on this which is double that. On one hand you could say that this is great which of course it is for them. But I remember all to well the first technology age with the dot com boom which no one seemed to see coming, all the signs are there this time round. seo in kent

Cloud Computing Is Amazing!
Of all the new technologies on the horizon, Cloud Computing is the most fascinating! Cloud computing will do away with hard disk space and all data will be accessible by each of us from anywhere in the world ... Amazing!
However, will that pose a new security problem? How about money in ATMs and bank statements .. will that continue to be safe? Everybody's personal and financial information available online could be the new target of internet thiefs.
Still love the concept of the social dance online as well!
