Producers of dry-cured Iberian ham, or jamón ibérico, are hoping for heightened sales over the Christmas season. In this photo, an Iberian pig walks down a street in La Alberca, Spain on Dec. 14. The pig is free to roam in the village until it is sacrificed on Jan. 21 in a village raffle. The proceeds will go to a local charity.
