U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton testifies before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee about the Sept. 11, 2012 attack on the U.S. mission in Benghazi, Libya. During the hearing, which took place on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. on Jan. 23, Clinton warned of the challenges posed by rising militancy after the Arab Spring.
