Q. How do I subscribe to Foreign Policy?

Q. What does my subscription include and how much does it cost?
A: At a cost of $4.99 monthly ($59.99 per year) FP ALL ACCESS Subscribers gain:
- Unlimited access to ForeignPolicy.com., including current and forthcoming Channels, and Foreign Policy's full digital archive
- Every one of Foreign Policy's six print issues delivered to their doorstep, along with the digital edition of each issue (Note: international subscribers who wish to receive print copies of the magazine will incur an additional annual fee of $12 for shipping and handling)
- Unlimited mobile and tablet access, including on FP's forthcoming cross-platform mobile application
- Subscriptions to FP's Morning Brief, Situation Report, and other newsletters
- Invitations to subscriber-only events, offers, and content
Q. I'm a current print subscriber, how do I register as an FP ALL ACCESS subscriber?
A: If you're an existing print subscriber and are registered at ForeignPolicy.com, we have attempted to match your email address. Simply login to get access to our new online subscription.
If we have not been able to match your email address, enter your account number, which can be found on the mailing label of your magazine, or requested at http://atfp.co/ALLACCESSCUSTOMER. Once validated, you will have full access to ForeignPolicy.com.
Q. How many articles can I view per month if I'm a registered user and not a subscriber?
A: If you are a registered user, but not a subscriber, you can view up to 8 complimentary articles per month.
Q. How many articles can I view per month if I'm not a registered user?
A: In order to view articles on ForeignPolicy.com, you must be a registered user. Simply sign up for an account by either using your email address or logging in via one of your social media accounts.
Q: I'm a registered user and I only want to subscribe to the digital edition - so I don't want to receive the hard copy. Can I pay less for a digital-only subscription?
A: Currently the price of the subscription is the same, whether you choose the digital-only option or choose to receive the print magazine.
Q. I just subscribed, and I am still having issues accessing more than 8 articles on ForeignPolicy.com
A: A majority of issues can be addressed using one of these troubleshooting solutions.
- Make sure that you are logged into ForeignPolicy.com.
- Make sure that your registration e-mail matches the subscription e-mail you entered.
- Try logging out, clearing your browser's history and cookies from ForeignPolicy.com, and logging back in.
- If none of these solutions work, contact customer service (see contact information at the top of this page).
Q. I used the "social" registration option. How do I log in?
A: Click "LOG IN" on the top right of the menu bar, and select the social icon that you used to create your account. Then, simply log in as you normally would using your social media of choice. Please note that if you have created a social login, you will not be able to use the "Forgot Password" option on our site, as the password links to your social account. If you previously registered using a defunct social account, please create a new registration using a different email.
Q. I'm a subscriber or registered user and I can't figure out what my password is.
A: If you've forgotten your password, click the LOGIN menu item at the top right of the web page. This will redirect you to the registration screen. From there, you'll be able to set up a new password by clicking the forgot password link, which appears in red.
Q. I am a subscriber or registered user, and I want to change my password.
A: Once you are logged in, navigate to "My Account" in the top right corner and select "Edit My Profile". Click "Change your password" (link marked in red) and follow the instructions.
Q. How do I update my newsletter settings?
A: Once you are logged in, navigate to "My Account" in the top right corner and select "Edit My Profile". From there, you can edit your newsletter settings.
Q. Do you offer education discounts to students?
A: Yes. Students can receive a subscription to ForeignPolicy.com for just $2.49 per month or $29.99 per year, by visiting here. In order to receive the student subscription discount, you must have a .edu email address.
Q. What is your payment and refund policy?
A: Foreign Policy will automatically renew and charge a Customer's account as follows:
- Once per month for a Monthly Subscription
- Once per year for an Annual Subscription
The renewal charge will be made at the prevailing rate or if subscribed under a special promotion, the promotional price. Should a customer wish to cancel, a customer can contact customer service at 800-535-6343. With respect to the cancellation of a Monthly Subscription, the Customer will not receive any refund, but he/she will continue to have access to ForeignPolicy.com for the remainder of the current month of subscription. With respect to the cancellation of an annual Subscription, the customer will receive a pro-rated refund for the remainder of the current subscription.
Q. If I subscribe to Foreign Policy through Kindle, Zinio, Google Play, or another magazine viewing app, will I receive ALL ACCESS benefits?
A: While our digital partners offer access to current issues of our magazine, the only way to receive ALL ACCESS benefits is through Foreign Policy directly (via e-mail, web, by phone, or a subscription card). Please note that when you subscribe through Foreign Policy, we will automatically grant you access to the magazine on your tablet or mobile phone using the Zinio app.
Q. I tried to become a subscriber and something went wrong, but it isn't covered here. Who do I email? Who do I call?
