Far from an epic “journey of harmony,” the Olympic torch’s world tour has been a farce of historic proportions.

Fantastic voyage: It was supposed to be a “journey of harmony.” The Olympic torch’s triumphant tour would spread international cheer and show the world that China is ready for the world stage. But pro-Tibet activists and human rights campaigners had a radically different idea.
